Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress born on the 26th of May, 1978, at Campinas Sao Paulo. The actress is known as the actress in Woman on Top (2000) Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira was appointed as a member of be a member of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime before March 2020. She manages the Assassination Witness Project, and is an essential part of the multilateral GI-TOC engagement. Her research focuses on the illicit economy, assassinations and disappearances. Her research interests also involve the influence of organized crime on human rights and the humanitarian laws and policies. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) with an LL.M. She also holds an LL.M. in Public Law, as well as an MBA in international relations from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula has a bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Following a four-year period with an international law firm, she's certified as lawyer. Her past experiences also included assisting roles at non-governmental organizations with their headquarters on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
